I purchased these binders for my classroom, and 12 of the 24 I ordered don't have rings that connect. It seems it may have been a packaging issue as the 24 came in 2 boxes of 12 each, and all 12 of one box were damaged, and the other box was fine. Unfortunately, I ordered these in the spring for the 19-20 school year, so when I opened them today I discovered the damages, and it's beyond the return time, so I cannot return, nor contact the seller. I'd like it noted that the binders that did not come damaged are working great for what I need!

Grandma always said "Don't wait until the last minute. Plan for mistakes. " She is and was and will always be right. I needed every one of these for an end of the year class project. I needed them all to work. Its a binder. I ONLY Needed It to Open and Close! Ug Ug !!! 2 failed. and very sad frustrated Special ed 2nd grade kids had lame non working end of the year binders that kept dropping pages. It was an introduction to their "New Level Binders" Big stuff in my world. you bummed me out binder company. :(AND I cant return them because they HAD TO GO HOME WITH THE KIDS. So I did some fancy taping and consoling.

Really great binder overall, but these are NOT 1 inch binders. These would be considered 1/2” binders in any office supple store. For comparison, I took a photo of this binder (right) next to a true 1 inch binder (left). While the end might “technically” measure 1 inch, it is not a standard 1 inch binder. Only purchase of a standard 1/2 inch binder will work for you.

The binders are as advertised and a good value for the 12-pack. However, one binder in the 12-pack is defective and Amazon Services makes it impossible to contact them. I can't return the entire 12-pack because I need the 11 remaining binders for immediate use. The Amazon return option only allows the full package and provides no contact option for a special circumstance. Look to online sellers who rely on good reviews to take care of special circumstances like this.

Most Amazon purchases come packaged to survive any mishandling. For example, I received a package today that came in a sturdy box with air pillows around it; it was a box of cat food which came in its own sturdy original packaging. However, the twelve notebooks came in a package that was only slightly stronger than crepe paper. One end was torn completely loose. One of the notebooks was totally smashed and the center clips of three others were warped beyond usage. I've received paperback books in better packaging.

I bought a set of these to organize the chapters of writing projects. The clear pockets on the three sides make it east to customize by slipping panels in to them. Once assembled they also make a nice home office decor. ;)One thing tough, the tight fit of the spine pocket required inserts printed on card stock rather than standard printer paper.Anyway, now I can recheck my works in progress by pulling out the appropriate binder. Plus I can insert new pages as needed . Then I can go back to the word processor and bring the existing version up to the modern status.

I sent these home with the families that purchased my puppies and they were perfect. I placed photos of the puppy purchased under the front cover and litter photos in the back cover. The 3 ringed binder held 4 to 5 handouts about the breed, that puppies personality, feeding recommendations, watching for parvo and bloat handouts, AKC papers and 4 sheets of photo paper with photos of the puppies parents and grandparents. Ill definitely be purchasing these for any future litters.

When you need binders for the kids, you really can’t beat the value! My son needed 3 one inch binders for different subjects. If I would have bought them at Office Depot they would have cost me $21 for 3. Since these 1” binders never quite seem to make it through the year, this was just a smart buy, as I can replace them halfway through the year if I need to. I also told his teacher, if there are other students who just can’t get some, I have extras and I’m willing to share.

The binders seem sturdy and were well packaged upon arrival. However, I specifically chose them for Clear view feature, which I presumed meant like all other binders I have purchased for the same purpose that I would be able to slide a title page into the Clear View window at the front. Without that it means I have to tape a title page on the front and hope it lasts for as long as I need. Very disappointed.

The ring mechanism is strong and well made. Good, secure "snap" when closing. The covers look good and have a place to insert a cover page to use as a label. Can't speak to the durability - have had them only a short time.

What can I say, they are binders and they are white... it's what I ordered. Decent Quality for basic binders, the only issue I see is the way the paper sits in the rings, when you close the cover the paper does not readjust for the closed cover. You need to hold the binder so the spine is up and give them a quick shake which solves the issue.These are not the least expensive, but so far so good. They work well for what I need.

Tab holder on the spine from top to bottom and a sheet sleeve on the front which allows for a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper which I find useful because of what I use the binder for.

Nice product, ideal when you have a lot of information to be disseminated to a group.
