Neuro SLEEP combines the benefits of melatonin with 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), magnesium and L-theanine, plus the superfruit extracts pomegranate, acai and blueberry. Melatonin is naturally produced in the body in the absence of sunlight to help prepare the body for rest. Melatonin is also ubiquitous in nature, occurring in plants, grains and some fruits, suggesting it may have other functions aside from regulating the biological clock (circadian rhythm) of mammals. The ingredient has been thoroughly studied for its effect on sleep (see expanded science for references). Magnesium is a mineral and electrolyte provided at 50 mg per bottle (13% DV). L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea, which may not influence sleep, but has been studied for its purported relaxation effects. Lastly, 5-HTP is a form of L-tryptophan – an amino acid commonly associated with and found in turkey. 5-HTP is present in neuro SLEEP at a very low dosage. Works like a champ!
Everyone always seems to question whether or not these work.It's basically a shot of melatonin.. so don't combine with alcohol. Pick one or the other.The effectiveness is dependent on how willing you are to sleep or force yourself to daydream.The actual effect is probably 3/5, it's not sleeping gas, that one definitely takes the cake.. but where can you really find that? It's more of a passive feeling that you usually want when you're TRYING to sleep, but can't. I have (twice!) powered through it, so be careful.. sometimes it's hard to notice after a stressful day when you're still wired from work.

This is magic in a bottle
We use this nearly every night to help our daughter fall asleep. She is on some pretty potent medications that should knock her out (mental health and insomnia). Half a bottle and she is out within 10 minutes, without it she struggles falling asleep. We’ve used this for over 6 years and are never without it in our home.

Great Product!
These sleep juices work exceptionally well. Before I would be up to 3 A.M., but these juices cause me to fall and stay asleep all night! Highly recommend for anyone struggling with falling asleep.

Taste good
Taste good.. does make you fall asleep quick but didn't keep me asleep. That's probable my medicle condition.

Too much to drink before bed
This is a very large volume to drink right before bed. I was up in 2 hours to pee and didn’t work well to help me fall asleep compared to other things I’ve tried. I won’t finish them or buy them again.
