Beware rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa)
Use this product for a MAX of 3 days. I used it for a week and ended up getting rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa), which was arguably worse then the original congestion. It's a good medicine if you need a quick fix for a plane flight. But be careful.

Foreign language
The packaging and including the pamphlet inside as to dosage, everything was written in a different language, not English. Can’t make out the dosage can’t make out how often to use, etc. Can’t even make sure that the drug is in there because it doesn’t read his such. European packaging from Turkey.

Xylometazoline which is better than others
Xylometazoline which is better than other nasal decongestants for long time use if necessary.This is product by GSK and made in Bulgaria ( writtenin Bulgarian)

Bring back the old drops
I love these drops very much, but in a spray, they are great, and now drops with a dropper have begun to come, this is completely different! Please return the spray drops from Turkey, I am ready to buy them

Not what i was expecting
I am from Europe but live in the US. The American nasal sprays never work for me so i wanted to buy what i usually get back home. otrivin is a known brand but what I got wasn't Otrivin. The bottle is soooo small that its used up in 4 days. and for the price that is not valuable. Also what its advertised is not what you get. i would rather buy the nasal spray from the UK that also contains xylometazoline. It is a huge difference between oxymetazoline and xylometazoline.
