Spring Hinge
Spring loaded hinges lack power and allow the gate to sag because the hinge is sloppy. But at least it will not rust.

Installed 4 of these today. Remains to be seen if spring is stainless, guess I should check it with a magnet. Bought for $25 each at Menards. Wish they had slots to adjust the operation of the door or at least include a layout diagram on where to mount and how much of a gap should be allowed for... I used 1/4"....

Very Nice Product
Initially, these appear to be all stainless steel, and I hope that continues to be the case. It would be too bad to have the springs rust out. If that turns out to be the case, these will be very disappointing. It will render the self closing feature useless, not to mention the rust stains that will be running down my gates. I will update this review if conditions warrant.

The spring inside the hinge is regular soft steel. Not even spring steel. They rusted out!
