Beefier than stock, but Poor Quality Control on the grease fittings.

Moog must have extremely poor Quality control. These come with grease fittings you must install yourself. The machine/person that tapped these did a pretty crappy job, and the fittings do not fit well into these, I bought 2. On the plus side, they do seem to be stronger links, and the fact that these aren't permanently sealed is both a good and bad thing, as long as you keep up with greasing these they'll likely outlast the car. Unfortunately, I expect better from a mid-upper level part brand. They're also NOT made in America, rather the ones I got were made in Mexico. I'd rather pay another ten bucks and get USA made that have properly tapped grease fittings. I'll proceed with installing these, time will tell if the poorly tapped grease fittings will present longevity issues.EDIT: I did some research and these are self tapping zerk fittings, however the only way I could start one of the zerks it ended up being crooked, it holds grease and doesn't leak, but I do expect better quality than that. I don't see how it could be that difficult to install these in the factory and discard the imperfect End-Links. If I had to do this all over again, I'd just get the sealed for life from a different company and use a hypodermic grease needle to inject the boot periodically...

Well Designed - Way Better Than Stock

Beefer than Stock, Easier to Install than Stock with 18 mm & 15 mm wrenches vice a 15 mm & 7 mm on the same side of the fitting, Zerk fittings to allow maintenance, Protected quality boot.

Moog quality!

In my opinion a much better replacement than the factory links. Moog's have some nice features like the mounting bolt design and the addition of grease fittings. A noticeable difference in handling for the better after I installed them. As for my specific application, a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria P71 package my original links were shot as seen in the photo but probably typical for a 16-year-old vehicle which saw 6 years of highway patrol service in Florida. Yes, I'm sure it's overkill to paint my suspension components as I replace/upgrade them but it's better than looking at surface rusted parts a year later.

Beware

I had issues getting them tight and this explains why Hello Craig,Thanks for the inquiry. The studs on this link assembly should have an 18mm hex or square at their base. An open end wrench should be used to hold the stud stationary there. Both studs are 10mm diameter but they have different thread pitches. One is 10x1.25 and the other 10x1.5. Make sure the proper nut is used on the corresponding stud. A 15mm wrench or socket is used to tighten the nuts to 46 ft. lb. The nuts should tighten properly unless the wrong nut was used on the corresponding stud or threads are stripped.UPDATE . Amazon is the best they replaced them with new ones free of charge <3 Amazon
