Received the pack with one light already in on mode, and it was already dimmed. Think the battery has gone low. The packaging was not good, as if there was any external impact on the pack, it will make the switch turn on. The other bulb was working great with awesome brightness. The size is pretty small.. Good enough to fit your bicycle handle. The external black material on this light is actually rubber. Had bought two at 265 (Plus delivery charge).. It may be available for low price in nearby China stores - Kindly check that too before buying this.Nice LED which is more of a warning light for others around.
