I've tried various protein powders including organic products (e.g. hemp, pea protein) that did not sit well with my stomach. I stopped making smoothies as a result. It only recently occurred to me to try looking up a fodmap protein powder -- luckily Stellar Labs is one of the few that directly state they're a low fodmap product compared to other products that promised they were easier to digest. I tried their shake packets first before I purchased their regular sized container. It's pretty tasty and I usually mix it with oat milk. I feel relieved that I have a handy quick breakfast option and backup snack available that's easy for me to mix without a blender. It can get a bit clumpy if it's not mixed properly, but that's a minor issue for having a happy stomach!

It is not the best vanilla protein shake but I added some fruit to it and it did not bloat or hurt my stomach which was the most important thing.

Really good vanilla taste, not too earthy. Expensive but convenient in single-serving packs!

This plant based vanilla has higher sodium than I would like. Also, the flavor is almost too sweet. I liked the whey chocolate flavor and sodium count much more.

Tastes good -- not too sweet, just sweet enough -- works better with milk than with water. Handles added fruit quite well.
