Instructions to make Almond Milk - we will send this to you in a PDF, after purchase. You will need 1 cup of almonds, soaked the night before in water. Place the almonds and 3 cups of water into a blender, we use a Vitamix or Blendtec, blend at the highest speed for 1 minute. Open the Nut Milk Straining bag in a large bowl or jug, pour the almonds, coconut or cashew milk into the bag. Use the handy drawstring, to pull up and close the bag, then twist the bulk of the crushed nuts in both hands, to squeeze out the extra milk. Refrigerate the filtered nut milk, add sweetener or vanilla extract to taste. With the bag, empty out nut residue into a bowl and use with one of our free recipes to make a delicious dessert. Nut bag saves big bucks
I love this mesh bag with a drawstring. I can now make my own fresh coconut milk! I read about so many problems with ingredients in canned and boxed coconut milk. Then I found an easy recipe for coconut milk and I had to try it! At first I put it thru a strainer. It left some of the coconut pulp in it, but it was still very tasty and usable. Then I ordered this nut milk bag on Amazon. I can now make the coconut milk in half the time and get none of the pulp. I found it was cheaper to make my own milk even without using the coconut pulp. Then I found amazing uses for it ! I can use it for coconut flour for which I was paying big bucks. There are also countless recipes for delicious snacks, and treats using this pulp. After saving on my milk I figure anything I make with the coconut pulp is free. I love this bag!

Great product
Just the thing for making Greek yogurt from either yogurt or kefir. Leave it dripping longer, and you have a yummy low-fat substitute for cream cheese. Plus, you can use the whey to make pancakes, sourdough bread, and ta-daaa! Pickles. Very pleased with this purchase.

Easy to clean
Well made and very durable. You can be rough without worrying about the seams tearing. Easy to clean, too. Two bags come in one package. I use one for my sprouts and one for my nut milks. I've been very pleased with this product.

Works as described. I like having two so that I can use one while the other dries. Or you can use one for stock and the other for nut milks. They are VERY easy to clean. I save so much money on almond milk now and more importantly, no added sugar or carageenan or other additives. These are really a no-brainer for anyone trying to be sugar-free and process food free.

These nut milk bags are very sturdy and are just what I wanted. I've tried using cheese cloth for almond milk, but it makes a mess. This contains all the solids and allows the liquid to pass through the fine mesh.
