good to use for some particular portions work out. but the quality of the product is not great.also good for beginners

Not durable for long duration
No doubt, it's a great and must have equipment if you want to keep yourself fit but don't have enough time to hit the gym.It's easy to use but didn't last more than 3 months.

This elastic foot rope is a very good small and portable thing to exercise.You can keep it in a small place. You can carry it anywhere with you when you are travelling.Plus the instrument is equally good when compared with gym instruments. I recommend it to everyone
