Health Zenith SL-5525-WH 250 watt quartz motion sensing light
Good quality product at a fair price. I have a similar light installed to light up my drive way when a vehicle enters. It has been working problem free for about 5 years so I expect similar experience with this one. It will cost more to operate than the newer led lights but I believe the reliability is a plus. Also the led lights cost more. Because I wanted it right away I tried Home Depot but they did not carry Health Zenith Brand. No one beats Amazon's delivery service and very few beat Amazon's prices. So one day later I have this light in hand. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I did replace the 250 watt bulb with a 150 watt bulb. The 250 watt was a little bright for me and my thinking is the lower watt bulb may result in longer service life for the product.

Works better than orignal
Had one of these for 20 years. It worked great, but finally died. This one operates a little differently. The old one was instant on. POW!!! it was on. This one comes on slightly gradually, which is a little easier on the eyeballs and kind of neat.

A good security light
I bought this to replace one that was eight years old. It was still working, but the glass was broken due to being dropped during a bulb change. Installation was straight forward, and the light worked with no issues. I like this particular unit as it is 250 watts rather than 150, which a lot of units seem to be. The motion sensor works perfectly in my application, which is to detect when the dogs are let out after dark.As a side note, I decided to see if I could buy a new glass for the old light so I called the manufacturer. They sent it to me free of charge, which impressed me. I guess I should have called them first, then I would not have spent the money on a new light.

Good buy, one bad bulb.
Great light for the price. However....the bulb burned out after being installed for MAYBE 3 weeks now. Super bummed about that and need to figure out what type of bulb to get. We did buy two of these at once and the other one is holding up fine - no bulbs burned out there. So it's definitely a good buy for the price, just consider that you may need to replace the bulb sooner than you thought.

Hardware was poorly made and impossible to use.
Junk! The hardware was improperly threaded and did not match up to the screws. I ordered two of these at once and discovered the problem on both units. I took the parts to a local hardware store to see if they had screws that would fit the convoluted threading of the hardware and they showed me were the error in the threading was and informed me that they did not have any screws, nor would anyone else have anything, that would remedy the situation.
