They're your typical hair ties and hair clips. They work good. Stretchy- not in a rubber band type of way.

Since my 5 yr old made it through the security precautions and managed to order this herself, I might as well write a review. Title says it all. There's no reason this should cost more that 3 or 4 bucks, max. It's mostly regular hair ties.
