This product was sent from an unauthorized Hairmax dealer. My product broke after 3 months (past the return time) and neither Hairmax or Amazon will do anything to help with the situation. I understand Hairmax since they have nothing to do with the supposed manufacturer which , turns out, is Marquee Hospitality and has nothing to do with this electric product. I rely on Amazon to back their sales and am a valuedcustomer . I am happy to return this piece of junk product or I should at least receive a refund for this scam purchase initiated by supposedly reputable Amazon. Waiting for a response from Amazon.

Product functions OK but it is supposed to take weeks and months to work. TOO SOON TO EVALUATE. SEND ANOTHE MAIL IN 2 MONTHS

Works great! It is very portable. You can wear it easily while you’re getting stuff done around the house. The flex fit is cool and unlike any of the competitors. It’s a soft rubber feeling rather than hard plastic which makes it more comfortable in my opinion. My only complaint is you have to charge it after one or two treatments but it charges pretty fast and I’ve read that it’s to avoid a big heavy battery pack to be stuck on the device. Also if you have any issues the customer service is awesome. They are very nice and will accommodate your needs.

This model is about 1,000 more expensive than the previous model. I definitely welcome the improvements. Instead of 30 minutes it now takes half of the time per use. Also it's great the cap it's somewhat flexible, specially if your head size it's on the circumference limit. The cap still has a part in the top which is still rigid though, so it's not completely flexible.They included 2 Usb cables, one usb-c and one usb-a. Instead of including 2 usb cables, they should had include a wall charger that is USB-C. I don't see why the didn't.They also included a cap which covers the HM cap, which I appreciate it does not have the Hairmax logo, and I can use it on my day to day. This second cap it's optional, you don't need to use it. this cover cap is missing a hole where you pass the cable through, Previous cover cap model was better.They include a bag for storing/traveling with the cap. I find the the bag huge, definitely it does not work for traveling. They could have made a bag way more smaller.The new battery, control has improved. Now it has a small screen that let's you know how much time is left.

I’m happy I bought this! It’s comfortable and easy to use. After a short time, I’m very impressed! My hair loss has stopped! I’m looking forward to seeing more results the more time I have to use the cap.

No complaints about the cap, it has been only about 6 weeks of use for me, and I am seeing the hair thicken a bit as advertised.What concerns me is that I spent $2,000 on this product and it is CLEARLY used. There is scratching on the unit especially near the charging port that shows a long history of use, leading me to assume this was refurbished. Now I personally don't have an issue with owning a refurbished product, but that is not what was advertised or what I paid for. A refurbished product deserves a refurbished price.Will update stars if the company makes this right.Other than that no complaints. Will upload pictures after a few months of progress
