By itself, the tea has a mild honeysuckle aftertaste with a slight astringency. I crumbled up 1 1/2 tablespoons of the leaves and brewed it with a pot of freshly ground coffee. The resulting beverage tasted very good but then that's my subjective opinion. Because white tea is minimally processed, it has more antioxidants than other teas. In short, I like it and will buy again.

This white silver needle loose leaf tea is okay. I can't tell if the black tiny spots on the silver needle leaves are mold or something else. I've had silver needle tea leaves before from a different store and did not see black spots. There was also a long black strand of hair in the sealed bag mixed within the tea leaves. It's a simple mistake I'm sure, but my gag reflex took effect anyhow.

Absolutely love this tea, have ordered it twice and will again. The best white tea I've ever had, wonderful flavor & aroma. Comes with a clip to keep the tea fresh. I recommend using a chopper/grinder + filter bags, since the leaves are relatively large (they're not shriveled like black tea). Plus you need less tea when you grind it, and it helps to release the antioxidants. Enjoy!

Great value, great quality, great tea. You can enjoy hot or cold. It’s much smoother and has a much lighter flavor than anything else. Tastes like earthly freshness.

I wanted to like this tea, but it lacked the flavor and superior feeling that I typically get from a quality white silver needle.

This organic silver needle white tea is the best tea that I have ever tried and I've tried many. For me, it has a mellow flavor and NO aftertaste. Its aroma is subtle and its color is pretty. I also steep it a 2nd time the next day, for a stronger flavor (I really do). The color is darker on the 2nd day, and for me it is still a good tasting tea (otherwise I would not continue to do it.) I have read reviews were people have complained that the tea is old and moldy smelling, but that IS NOT true with the packages that I received. I like this tea so much that I bought 4 more on a 2nd order.
