Local store had on clearance, so I gave it a try...I was so impressed that I bought more through Amazon, and will continue using this product. Helps keep my stress levels in check and makes a big difference in my state of mind. It's like meditation in an herbal tablet. I think the price is quite fair as well when compared to some other products I've tried. I usually stick to single ingredient herbs so I can adjust one up and one down to fit my needs, but this multi-ingredient supplement seems to have just the right balance of what I need for calming. -- I hate writing reviews, but this one deserves the effort.

I suffered from anxiety for years and I would actually feel an uneasy feeling in my stomach. I finally tried this product and it works great for me. It takes the feeling away very soon after taking it. I have told friends that it is one of the products that i take that actually does what it says it will do. Everyone is different but it works for me and worth a try if you have anxiety.

I really did not see a difference in the way I felt after using this product. It may work different on different people but it was not for me.

I buy this often for my brother and me....it works wonderful to calm us down and help sleep....it’s so convenient to buy it from amazon, instead of my local Healthy Alternative store....but I’ve got to let you know your bottles of this always stink when I open them...it doesn’t smell moldy , I can’t really place what the smell is...we still use them, but the bottles coming from Healthy Alternative never stink.....I would like to resolve this issue because as I say it’s very convenient to order from Amazon....

No side effects and it is point on for relaxing you into a nice sleep pattern.

Works great for my teen daughter who has anxiety issues. She takes it before bed to help calm her mind and it is the best supplement we have found so far to meet this need!
