Great value
Have two of these holding my tool box closed with rivets and they’re holding up greatDidn’t want bulky latches that’ll catch on to thingsAnd these are small slim and perfect

Petite but secure
They are very small, but perfect for a small metal box. The spring version is more secure.Hole placement is critical to function, so double check measurements before drilling.I used #4-36 machine screws to secure them.The latches are designed for a maximum #5 machine screw.

Good product for secure latching small boxes, screws are not furnished and difficult to purchase locally.

Screws not included
Work great and function properly, but where is the hardware needed for mounting? Luckily I have some leftover screws from some other project. Latch is smaller than you think

Dimensions that matter
See pic. These dimensions gave a nice snap to the toggle. (Spring Loaded version of latch, not sure about the non spring loaded)These latches work pretty well for a small light duty application.

Beware there is no screws that come with these hinges and very small (like for a small bird house)
Product is small like needed, but sending no screws with it - is kind of senseless. It requires you to try and find really tiny screws. Hopefully we can find them somewhere else. If we had realized there was no screws we wouldn't have ordered.

Tricky to line up
Once I figured out how to align the two sections, installing them was a breeze. They grip tight and work very well. They also add a nice heavy duty look to a small tool box.
