Some vegan ice creams taste a bit like cardboard. This one is lovely!I have a dairy intolerance but sometimes eat really good quality dairy ice cream if I'm not going anywhere but I can eat this risk free.The crunchy bits of caramel were a nice touch. It doesn't taste like non dairy ice cream at all.
