some improvement
I have taken these for a few months now and I do believe there is an improvement.At least many times ~ but then other times "not so much"...Would I recommend them? Yes! I think they they are worth a try.I have not given up and am hoping for more improvement.

For me it really works. Maybe it will do the same for you.
My memory has never been great, but as I get older, it is harder to remember names and events. Prevagen is no magic bullet, but for me it does help. I feel more alert, and can often remember small details better. For me there were no "side effects". If I drink too much coffee, i can get the shakes from too much caffeine, but Prevagen has non of that, no over stimulation, or buzz. I started with the standard dose, and tried moving up to the stronger dose, with no problem. When I have a poker night with the boys, I take an extra half tablet, and it helps me stay alert for a long game, plus I do better at the game. Maybe it will work for you to.

Prevagen really helps my memory recall. The price keeps getting higher, so buying the 2Pack saves me money in the long run.

Does it work
I’ve been taking these for about 9 months. The taste is great, easy to chew… does it do what it claims? I’m not sure, I can’t remember LOL.. really I’m not sure if it is as great as advertised and I even only use the extra strength too. I’ve also noticed the price for these getting even higher than they were before the inflation hike. After my current bottle is empty I’m going to hold off buying anymore to see if I notice any changes good or bad with my memory.
