Great but could be better
It is good, probably for design need to add meassurin scales in all four leg on the top for concentric circles on images at home , a better way to adjust blade height and some kind of rubber to attatch to the center point so no hole is made on cutting material, do not believe that should increase much the price and it would give more control to the user. It is good adjusting height of blade and center point height.

Better than scissors by far
Not bad, as long as you get the blade depth and center pivot depth both correct to your item thickness it works great. If you're not careful the center can move causing the cut the go oblong but it sooo much faster than cutting circles with scissors. As others have said it would be nice if it came with the double sided blades but it doesn't. Just turn it one direction and you're fine.

Works on cardboard!
I’ve been looking for a circle cutter that works on cardboard for a while and I finally found this! When I cute cardboard by hand it takes forever and my hand ends up hurting. Today I cut out 20 circles in about 5 minutes! I love this tool. I only took off one star because it is tricky to get the blade to stay in place.

Circle-cutter success
Worked great! I used it to cut cardboard to make a punch-cup game for a birthday party and it made the project soooo much easier.

didn't include blades
Solid tool, no blades were included even though the box said they were. Will update review after I use it.

Not easy to use
The instructions are mostly in Japanese. The blade depth is at most only 5 mm, which was not entirely clear in the product description. The tool itself is clunky to use. Returning it and getting something more versatile

works great for picture mats too.
I have used this to cut holes into picture mats for challenge coins. Gives a smooth edge for the coin to fit snug. The cutter is extremely durable.

Works well for drywall, just be patient and careful.
It comes as advertised, WITH two *single-edged* blades as described. The blades are tucked into a little compartment in the side of the tool (tool is red, compartment is a translucent white - can't miss it). I cut five 4" holes in several pieces of drywall without any problem (first few were practice on a piece of scrap, so I could figure out the best technique). Works best if the drywall is not yet mounted to the wall so you can get to both sides and just cut through the cardboard, scoring the gypsum.Though most of the writing on the package is in Japanese (it is made in Japan, not China), there are English translations on it as well. With a little thought and clues from the packaging, one should have no problem using this. Certainly a whole lot less expensive than a 4" hole saw!
