These work! I take these apple cider vinegar gummies every day. They taste great and they’re always fresh and soft. I have used these for 7 months now, mostly for the B vitamins and the ingredients are NON-GMO. This supplement is an anti-oxidant powerhouse. You would never know there are beets in this gummy. If you don’t like vegetables, this is for you. Get this on subscription because you will likely not want to stop taking them. It took me 3 months or so before I noticed a difference, but I do see a difference in my digestion and my skin.

These apple cider vinegar vitamins are definitely easier to eat / consume than just drinking it. We all know ACV is a strong, distinct taste that can have a rough mouth feel however, these gummies taste like cinnamon apple candy. It’s crazy how they are able to make it so yummy for a product that doesn’t taste good on its own at all. The texture is a lil more chewy than i prefer but at least the flavor is nice. i’ve been consistently taking these for almost a month now and they have really helped my gut health. I’ve experienced less bloating, i’ve become more regular, and just less tummy aches overall. Very happy with this product.
