There should be a little rubber valve that comes off and you put a thin water steam in there no?

I bought these last year for a trip to Disney. I honestly don’t remember if batteries were in them. I will say that we used them for a week and did not have to change out batteries. The kids loved them, kept them cool and happy while waiting in long lines, etc.

Q: where does the water go and how do you open the water compartment to fill with water?

You see that rubber flap on the side? That opens and the water is poured in there. Enjoy!
