So I got these today, a bit of a smell, but I don't care. The only thing I hate, which is my own fault for not looking it up first and reading reviews, is that they roll up into rubber ropes that now are cutting off blood flow and digging into my legs while I workout. I should have gotten some fabric ones or wider ones that won't roll as soon as i put them around my thighs. Someone who is thin might not have them roll up, but im not in that category. The thin/easier one rolls the worst and the thick/heavier band doesn't roll at all.. Other than that, the other thing I worry might be a problem later is the thinness of the easy band. Im scared my nails are gunna catch it and tear it.

I like these bands. The weaker bands feel like they will break. All of the bands stay in place.

These resistance bands came as described and look just like in the picture. I like that each band comes with its resistance level marked on it, which makes it easier to identify the resistance level you want for your workout rather than guessing. The color progression on the bands helps with this too.The first time I used them I was a bit afraid that they would break or roll on my legs during my workouts, but it didn't happen. The bands stayed in place and I was able to complete two full leg days workouts without any issues. The seller also provided a couple of workout ebooks after purchase, which is a plus. I totally recommend these bands. Good quality.

I haven't bought resistance bands before, but they were recommended by my archery instructor to help build my back and shoulder strength. These were the least expensive set I could find that looked relatively legitimate, and they are fantastic! Each one is marked with the resistance level, and the colors make them easy to distinguish. The resistance increases appropriately by the band level, and they are stretchy without being lax. They came well packaged with individual wrapping, and look new and feel nice. My only complaint is a general one about this type of exercise equipment: you don't know what the weight equivalent of the resistance level is. Since archery bows are rated by draw weight, it would be useful to know what poundage each one equates to, but this is a small complaint, and not an issue with the product itself. Five stars!

I was excited to use these as a part of my workout. Within the first month, the level 2 band broke. This wasn’t a huge deal because it forced me to start using the stronger resistance bands. However, after 2 months, I am left with 2 bands. A level 4 and Level 5. While this works great for my fitness, I would have not purchased a set of bands knowing that there would only be 2 that did not break. I am worried that the last two will snap like the previous bands and I will be left with nothing.Update: All bands have broken.

I have to say - I was lured by color... They are great colors! I was getting a little bored with the standard band colors.. They're thin but great for all of the fun stretches and workouts you can do with them - be careful with things like donkey kicks, etc- not sure how much stretch they can get... The book is an ebook that you'll get a code for and download - and it contains about 6 activities - like squats - shocker. If you're new to bands, these could certainly be helpful. If you just need another set of bands, these are ok if you want to spend a little more on the nice colors :)
