Like the other reviews have mentioned it is a bit hard to open the keychain. I used a push pin to slowly open it. Since I read the other reviews on how it is easy to scratch I took my time to open it and had minimal scratching which none were on the actual keychain just on the side of the smaller heart. What I found harder is to get the perfect size of picture to fit correctly inside the heart. If you're planning to get this just have patience and you'll be able to open the keychain!

Four stars because some of them had scratches on them. Make sure you don't put the piece in until you're ready.

Impossible to open some of them to put photo in. Ended up scratching the covers because I could not pry them off

There is no way to remove the back to insert a photo. Most keychains have a very small gap so you can pry the back off with a flathead screwdriver or something but these do not. Waste of money.
