I was hesitant to buy this napkin dispenser, but I really do like it. I use it on my kitchen table and it works great. Don't have to keep refilling the napkin dispenser all the time like I did with my "traditional" napkin holder. Also, don't have to fight with the holder to get a napkin out. Yay!!

been in use at my giftshop in a large city park and has been so helpful in saving money on customers wasting napkins and also makes the health department happier as the public only comes into contact with one napkin at a time.The dispenser also keeps the napkins in place on the counter and people are so use to this style of dispenser they find it right away and I love the area for placing messages.

Button to open top had broke off and went flying within minutes of opening. Maybe it was defective product but it seems cheap from conception, all aspects are poor. Not a good product at any price.

Good dispenser. I don’t know why many people have problems with opening: the button is easy to press, there was nothing terrible. The only problem is with the seller, who never bothered to answer which napkins fit this dispenser. Therefore, I had to return it with the assistance of Amazon support.

I love this at the restaurants so I bought one for the house. I developed 2 5x7 photos and cut to fit inside the dispenser. It is an awesome conversation piece for the dining table. The only drawback is you have to buy a case of 6,000 napkins to go with it. It will take me several years to use this up. Solution: it will make a great Xmas present for family members with photos inserted along with 500 napkins.
