I have used this product for literally decades but it is no longer easy to find. Super glad I found it here on Amazon - the quality is exactly the same as it was in the 1980's! lol

I like a stong abrasive scrubs. They are HARD to find in the drug store. To make this scrub even more effective, I dry my face a bit, dry my hands, and then apply the scrub to my finger tips and face. Apply more water if needed. But I like it to feel like it's really getting into each pore. I don't notice any scratches or irritation of my skin. I've been using Queen Helene Mint Julep Scrub for years! Wish it was more available in drug stores.

I purchased this scrub, that I grew up using as a teenager and I was sooo excited to use it because it works great. But once I started to use the product it was a brown scrub, not even the green smooth scrub that I use to use. The color and texture was completely different.. I was so disappointed 😞 so I'm hoping to company sends me back the correct green face scrub that was suppose to be in the tube.

I enjoy a refreshing mint face wash when I've been outside working in the garden. The product I'd used for years was discontinued, so I am looking for a replacement. I had hoped this would be it, but it's not. Like the headline says, it's got a lot of grit and hardly any mint aroma. It's intended for oily skin, so it's not moisturizing, either.
