Our kids love this! You need to make sure the bubble compartment stays filled though. We noticed that once it gets about halfway through the bubble solution, it doesn’t work well unless it’s filled back up to the top.

Bought as a vday gift for my toddler and loves it. The dog also enjoys it! Does stop blowing frequently if it’s low but lasts a decent time.

This is a great product for keeping kids occupied. However ours only lasted a few months before it died. No matter how many times I changed the batteries it was at its end. Also had issues with it leaking the bubble solution.

It's an octopus that blows bubbles. If you have a toddler and/or dog (or even husband) who loves bubbles, this is worth the money. We had gone through multiple $5 bubble makers, and they tended to spill and constantly need refilled. After a few weeks of constantly blowing the bubbles myself, I purchased this bubble maker.Because of the position of the arms, the bubbles blow up instead of out. This has the added bonus of the extra solution dripping back into the well on the machine instead of spraying all over whatever the machine is sitting on. Although the well for the solution is open, it is positioned in the back of the machine. As long as we keep the bubble machine out of reach, it is not a problem.It came with pouches of "party bubbles," which we have not tried. After looking at the packaging, I promptly decided those were an Outside Experiment, and hid them from the husband and toddler until the weather is nice enough for us to spend much time outside.The only downsides I've noticed after several weeks of use is the blower noise becomes irritating after a while and the bubble solution will still build up on the table or whatever the machine is sitting on, but that was after ~30 mins of continuous use (which only required 1-2 refills of the well).

Note: received this item for free in a promotion.Given we received this item for free I didn’t have many expectations, but it turns out the little simple octopus design works solidly to create a lot of bubbles for kids to pop and play in/around.Pros: fun and easy to use. You click the button on the front of the octopus and the tentacles start turning and producing bubbles until it’s turned off (another button click). It’s nice to ‘set it and forget it!’ And not have to manually blow bubbles or move a wand around and hope for bubbles to come out.Cons: just two minor downsides - you need 4 AA batteries (not included) to run the machine. I expected batteries to be needed but would have appreciated if they were included in the box. No big deal, but good to know. The second part is that, because the bubble liquid is poured into the machine and it doesn’t have any sort of lid it’s just an opening, then it risks spilling if you move or life the bubble machine (note: bubble liquid IS included). Not an issue unless your small child likes to pick up and move the octopus around, like mine ;)All in all I recommend this little bubble maker if you want to be able to turn it on and not do anything else to have an ongoing stream of bubbles!

My kids love bubbles. This machine isn't overwhelming with bubbles and works pretty decent. I'd say compared to some others it doesn't work as well, but it definitely keeps the kids entertained. You pour the liquid on the top and I find it can be messy. I do wish it had a chamber to pour into, that would be my main issue with it.

Okay, we LOVE THIS!Whoever designed this, the packaging and the things that came with it. THANK YOU.First of all, my kids loved it!When I pulled it out of the package, I was worried because I didn’t know where any of our tiny screwdrivers were, but it came with one!!!It also came with two containers of bubbles AND bubble concentrate. Whoever thought to include bubble concentrate, you deserve a raise. My kids love to dump bubbles the second they see them, so the concentrate was a need.Love the design, it’s super cute and super easy to use!

So it turns on and you can fill the air blowing as the octopus goes around but the bubbles don’t form. I have used different batteries and bubble juice and it just doesn’t blow the bubbles at all. I was very disappointed since my son loves bubbles and it wouldn’t blow them
