Worked fairly well
This worked as expected but I found the powder clumps very easily and can be difficult to fully break up once it does without using something like a hand blender.In hot soup I found it could take over 5 minutes of stirring by hand to dissolve properly due to this.

Love this, great for thickening Stew and soup's, or gravy.

Sets well, if anything too well so I need to use less.
Not sure about this, as a form of gelatine or setting agent it works fine but I used it in a coconut milk yogurt and the end result was far too set, I will try using less next time otherwise I will have to go back to the bovine version as I got on better with that.
