Q: It says not to leave solution in more than 2 hours. I accidentally left overnight. Is it still safe as long I rinse it with the water cycles?

I don't see why it would not be. I would run a couple cycles through with some water with lemon juice in it as well, to kill off any leftover taste or residue, then several rounds of clean water. The descaler is not harmful to us in a way that would make your coffee pot unusable, so a good rinse should do the trick.

Q: Can you use this product on a infant bottle sterilizer?

Dear Zachary. Thank you for your question. Please note that descaling infant bottle sterilizers is not the intended purpose of our descaling liquid, however, it can be used to remove limescale build-up that occurs in the bottle sterlizers. You could do so by emptying the sterilizer and wipe inside with a sponge or damp cloth. Pour in a mix of half oz of descaler liquid and 2 oz of water directly over the heating element. Leave for about 5-10 mins, depending on the extent of limescale. Pour any remaining liquid down the sink and rinse the element with cool fresh water. Use a sponge or cloth to remove any loose bits of limescale. I hope this helps.

Q: How much of the product should I use in my Nespresso Citiz machine (since they all have different size water tanks)?

I use 1/2 of one bottle for my coffee machines water tank (60 oz capacity). The main issue, though, is making sure that the coffee machine boiler is descaled. So you should probably use 1/4-1/2 of a bottle, along with filtered water, for descaling.
