I’m halfway through the bottle and will be updating this review whenever I get my lab work back. This review is just mainly for the taste. It’s taste great. It does say to chew it completely up before ingesting. I’m guessing so it absorbs better. Normally I wouldn’t like that but it taste good so I’m OK.

These Vitamin D3 and B12 gummies taste great, and the strawberry flavor makes them a treat to take each day! However, you do need to take 2 gummies per dose, so the bottle only provides 30 doses instead of 60. I wish they were a bit more affordable given that, but they’ve been helpful for boosting my energy and supporting my overall health. Overall, I’m happy with them, but a larger quantity or lower price would make them perfect.

I like these vitamins but I won’t be buying again. This was my second time purchasing. Received expired vitamins and no option to return because of what it is. I wouldn’t suggest buying vitamins through Amazon because of this.
