Smooth motion

Very good at home PT equipment
These work great for your knee / leg after ACL or Osteotomy surgery. The build up of muscle and at home grinding is everything in between PT appointments. I highly recommend this if you want to heal at optimal speed.

A Great Addition for at Home Workouts!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love these sliding discs! A big draw for me with this brand was the fact that these gliders could be used on multiple surfaces. Would give a 4.5 if I could but can't give a 5.Ease of use:I'm not giving a 5 because the disc has flipped a few times while I'm working out, nothing too dangerous but worth noting when doing exercises that require a bit more speed
