Solid case, class B and hold voltage under load
I'm using this supply to power an inexpensive 24v PLC and in turn control a group of solenoids for an automatic watering system. It's only been in use for a bit over a week but so far - everything is good.A couple of observations. The supply's output voltage can be adjusted up or down a bit. I wanted exactly 24v and when I received the item immediately checked the voltage with a meter. It was right on the money at 24v and no fluctuations. The PLC that is being powered with this power supply draws a bit under 1 amp so the supply is operating at 20% capacity non-stop. The valves / solenoids I also have attached pull a peak of 2.8 amps when they're on. That means a total current draw that is around 76% supply capacity. Again, no problems handling that load. The worst that I've recorded is a temporary voltage drop to 23.8v when EVERYTHING just happens to fire off simultaneously. That's still well within tolerance for my application. The case is naturally vented at the top and bottom and there hasn't been issues with the supply getting hot / it stays cool to touch. It also means no concerns about a cooling fan failing or anything of that sort. It does mean you want this mounted so that it is either in a ventilated junction box of some sort -or- there is a shelf / some type of cover a few inches above it to prevent any debris from falling down into the top of the supply.Last but not least - this is the series that has the Class B EMC emissions rating. Class A is more for an industrial environment and those are allowed to put off more "noise". Class B means this would / should be fine even for home use where EM noise limits for electrical equipment is stricter.Again - so far it's good. I will update if there are any issues in the near future.

mild whine at no/low load
I use this to power an AB micro 820 and all of my 24v actuators. Has been working fine and didn't require any calibration out of the box, however my only complaint is that it has a mild high-pitched whine when there's no/low load. Seems to be a freq not everyone can hear, but clicking on a relay is usually enough to make it stop. Might be something to consider if you intend to use it for projects you will be around a lot.

This did the exact job I needed to run a power supply for a steam meter from a BMS panel. Converted the AC for the power draw I needed. Great price! Highly recommend!

Have used 3 so far so good!
Works like a charm. Single din space takes up almost zero real estate in small enclosures that need 24V from 110
