I would only use this with atleast 180 micron pouch, or the purigen will leak into your water. Other than that clarity is good aside from the purigen pellets leaking inside the tank. Please make them a tad bit bigger. Thanks Seachem.

I can't say enough good things about Purigen. I bought some wood that was leaching a lot of tannins and turning my aquarium water yellow. I was dreading the long, tedious process of constantly washing the wood to get rid of it. The media could not be loaded. Purigen is amazing. I added it to my aquarium filter and noticed a difference within a couple of days. The water is way clearer, and it helps keep everything balanced.
