Q: Will this work with a phone case?

It will if the phone case has the circular magnet built into it. If it does not have the magnet, those same magnets can be purchased and applied (they have an adhesive backing) to the phone case and it should work fine then.

Q: Does this have a swivel/adjustable head?

No real adjustment swivel but this is a great holder. I purchased one for my truck and will be purchasing another for the SUV.

Q: Will it still charge on a wireless charging pad?

This is just the vent mount. The only way to charge a phone while it's magnetically attached to this mount is to have the phone itself plugged in to USB cable.
