I can only take chelated magnesium because I get nauseous with other ones.

Product came completely sealed. This is my second purchase of this chelated Magnesium recommended by my functional/integrative family physician. Love the quality! Super affordable, too.

I've been using this product a while. I use it to help regulate my blood pressure and regulate my bowels. It's less harsh than magnesium citrate on the bowels but I don't like that it contains magnesium stearate. The magnesium citrate did seem to help lower blood pressure more quickly. But overall, for my particular body needshelated magnesium oxide works best.

My Wife and I have used Chelated Magnesium by County Life for several years. We are completely satisfied with the product and their service. We intend to continue purchasing this item and others of their products hopefully for many years to come.

My 3rd bottle of this product, I take it in the evening it helps me sleep good at night and feeling less ache.
