I was very happy with the product, the power was great, I don’t have to charge it frequently- it actually lasts a long time, until I started seeing that the water turned yellow from the rust of the metal piece inside. I also can’t clean the tank properly because I can’t open it. And the metal thing doesn’t move as you move the flosser like it’s shown in the photo.

i received a random irrigator which is not branded and slightly different from the description, returned it and got the original brand from another offer in a lower price.doesn't like the fact that they send something else not as per the description. but it seemed good anyways if you don't care for the brand name.

The water pressure is very strong, first time I used it I couldn’t believe all the food I had stuck even after regular flossing. It’s what I need because I have tight teeth. Highly recommend for the price it’s worth every penny. I bought this one after returning another unit from a different brand that was more expensive because it was delivered not working.

We ordered a few of these for our family. The flosser works well and holds a charge longer than expected. The kit comes with multiple attachments, and a nice travel case. Unfortunately, one of the flossers developed a small leak in the reservoir just after the Amazon return window had closed. I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase replacement parts. They were very friendly and helpful, resolving the problem quickly and free of charge. We definitely recommend this product/company if you're in the market for this type of flosser.

Works great, great for travel

I purchased this unit in mid June, and it worked great until this morning. There is no water coming out but the motor is working. I am very disappointed that it has stopped functioning after 2 1/2 months of use. I was going to review after 90 days, however since it is not working I am leaving a review now.Update for the flosser on 10-8-22.After submitting my review, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund or a new unit to resolve this issue. Customer service is one of the best I have ever worked with. I am hoping that the new flosser I received will work for a much longer time period.

I use this as a flosser, as I always found water flossers tend to get more area and faster than regular floss, also much less daunting to use. This does an incredible job especially after eating something like popcorn. Be wary of the settings, as low power is still quite strong, as high power definitely isn't necessary for a good clean.
