Primetime Petz 360 Wall Mount Pet Gate Kit

It took longer to install than I liked but it turned my free-standing gate into an anchored gate and that’s what I needed. My gate was made by a different company but looks like the Primetime gate except it doesn’t have a door. I do have a small dog who had learned how to move the free-standing gate and go wherever he wanted. Unless he somehow learns to jump the gate, this will keep him where I want him when I’m gone. I had to mount the kit higher than my gate because I was putting it on a wall with moldings. If I had been thinking about that, I would have bought the shorter kit but that’s on me. The only complaint I have is that one of the top catches is very difficult for me to release so I’m keeping the gate attached there instead of detaching the gate when not in use.

Effective, but somewhat tricky depending on the space/angle attempting to block when mounted to the wall as it can rattle a bit loose. There's nice bolts on top and bottom mounts that the end screws fit into (screw or unscrew to fit snug) and you may have to keep up with it if your kids of dogs are a bit rough. Find the fit first in test, then tighten the bolt and keep screw steady, then put back in mounts and it's fine for a while, long time if no one is rough. Pilot holes might be slightly off like anything coming mass produced so pay attention when adding to any gate that this fits (fits most if height aligns).

Good News, it is a very nice looking gate. Bad News, it is not very stable. Even with the extra ordered feet, it was not stable enough to use the gate, which by the way is a small space to walk thru. So, we ordered the wall mounts (which I was trying to avoid) and that helped. There is no way to resolve the small pass thru gate though. We have smaller dogs (15 lbs) and there is no way it stood up to them without the wall mounts.

Very nice for small, well-behaved dogs. Locking mechanism on the gate fails frequently. When one jumps on the opposite side of the lock it pulls the gate apart enough to clear the bolt and the gate opens. Placing it in a zig-zag pattern helps that issue so I'm glad I bought more extensions than the measured area. Very nice looking and good quality. The extensions matched but the hardware was very inferior. I wish the gate had extension options from the same manufacturer.

Purchased to provide safe separation of dogs and cats as new pets are integrated. I purchased the 36” version to discourage huskies from jumping over and chasing cats. The mount can be knocked free with force but this has only happened while the teenage dogs were rough housing and smashed into the gate with playful force. Serves the intended purpose well.

For the money, this seems a little flimsy. Fortunately our dogs are getting older and have experience with a very stout metal gate...so they've learned not to charge or push on it. If they wanted through this one, it wouldnt even slow them down.On the plus side, it is much more attractive than the other gates we've had and it is very easy to set up and move around if you have guests over.

Needed this Wall Mount Kit to attach to my dogs gate and fence to the wall. It was really easy to install. Was a little afraid it might be to flimsy to hold my 40 pound very active 7 month old Lab puppy but so far so good!

This gate and wall mounting system are great for keeping the little dogs contained where you want them to be. A built-in walk through gate is perfect to allow you to go in and out as you please without having to open the entire gate assembly. The entire gate does open and folds out of the way for when you need to open it up to move large items through or just allow your guests to freely get back and forth. Great design, construction, and materials.
