Some of the best customer service I have ever received!! We ordered a domino train from this company for our son for Christmas. A year later we started having trouble with the train not working correctly. I noticed in the pamphlet that came with the train that this toy had a lifetime warranty! So I emailed the company and received a response - directly from the owner -in less than a day! They replaced the train within days no questions asked! Fantastic customer service! But it gets even better. Soon after receiving the replacement, I discovered that the reason the train wasn’t working was because of some knock off version of the dominoes we had purchased separately! So I emailed the company again offering to send the replacement back because the “defect” was our fault and easy to fix. But they told us to keep the replacement!! WOW!! Absolutely zero complaints about this company, I am sincerely so very impressed. Thank you Atlasonix!!

I’m not sure why there are so many positive reviews for this toy. Everything about it is cheap and flimsy. The dominoes are teeny tiny - about half the size of my thumb and weigh hardly anything. They take foooooorever to stack in the case and constantly keep flipping position because they are so lightweight. The train is cheap plastic and easily malfunctions. It spits out about 40 dominos at a time but the dominos are so small that it barely makes it two feet before it runs out of dominos. Total waste of money. Will return.

This train is so much fun! When it stopped working, we were very sad!!!I called the company and they immediately replaced the train. I was astounded!! It came in two days. Customer service is everything. Thank you.

My grandkids are 4yrs and 2 yrs old.I wanted a toy that both the kids and the adults could have fun with.I saved the surprise until after Thanksgiving dinner.What a hit this was!!We all love it. So much fun!!😂The dispensers are easy for kids to put the Dominos into. ( Just like filling PEZ dispenser)Then they attach to the train, again very easy for little hands. 😊The train then sets up all the Dominos, then we took turns as to who would tip them as we all yelled "Dominoooo!!"🤣😂We played for hours!!😂♥️♥️The Dominos are lighter than I expected but boy the train has no problem setting them up, they didn't fall over until one of us tipped them.I highly recommend this toy.I am ordering the train with even more dominos. I went with small amount of dominos to make sure it was a bit.It would be helpful if you could just buy additional dominos instead of having to buy another train. Yet with two kids, 2 trains won't be a bad thing 🤷

This is a favorite for our 3- and 5-year-old grandkids. Note: stacking the dominos in the "smokestack" takes a little time but is teaching us (all!) about patience and the big reward at the end. Note: it does blow the whistle while dropping the dominos so be prepared for a short burst of noise. That said, with little ones around that is pretty typical. LOL
