Make no mistake there's a kick there (which your rating of which will largely be geographically subjective), but the kick isn't too bad at all and the flavor is awesome.

We love these for marinating chicken and cooking it on the grill! Heat level is spicy but not too much. My wife loves heat and I enjoy some heat. It it a wonderful balance that we both love. It is a thick sauce that sticks well as a marinade. Good value with great ingredients!

This is not a spicy hot sauce. I had to pour in a quarter of the bottle before I noticed it in any way. It is also such a mild flavor that it was hard to even taste the smokiness either.

well they say you are what you eat.........at least I'm not an aardvark ! I have not been a very adventurous eater most of my life. I don't know what inspired me to try this but it is DELICIOUS on my veggie Chikn patties. I tried another spicier brand(I love spice) but this just has a way better flavor to my un-connoisseured taste buds. LOVE THIS STUFF
