Q: Hi my strap has a fault one of the strap holders has snapped I purchased the product on the 15.6.22

Be aware mine was a fake it even had the words Leather Upper on the strap. The case had sharp edges and arrived in the on position.

Q: The decription at the top suggest this is a woman's watvh but the images looks like its a men's. Csn you please confirm?

yes it is definately a mans watch , very nice looking with a large dial/face which is slightly more gold coloured than the ad shows.

Q: How wide is the watch strap

I would say just what you would expect as average. I will say that for all this was for me a very attractive watch behind a good brand albeit the strap is inferior in every way. I never washed, bathed or swam in it and within 4 months it looked terrible and both strap retainer had snapped and the strap was peeling. They were only aroun£40 when I last looked and I paid double at the time. Apart from that the rest of the aesthetics of it a good and it is a lovely piece. Straps are replaceable!
