Finally something that works!
My nails were breaking constantly, for any reason. I've tried orher brands from the store and saw no difference. Laat time I tried some pills that upset my stomach.The only issue is that they are super delicious and I want to eat them like candy 😆

Says mean on a low carbohydrate diet these have been keeping my hair and nails strong I've noticed as though that my hair has been getting thinned out but taking one of these a day has really improved my quality

The first bottle I received tasted good and no bad smell. 2nd bottle received has a bad odor in the bottle of them which is turning me off on using them and looking for another brand to try.
