Curse of the Shadow Dragon: A Branches Book (Dragon Masters #23)

Our grandson picked up book 1 of this series from school 3rd grade. He absolutely loved it and wanted more. We got the entire 25 that were available and he read them all within the month. His daily homework was to read for 20 minutes and he always wanted to read more.Unfortunately we are waiting for book 26 and the rest that follow but he's found another series to read and so far it's keeping him interested while he waits!

My 9 year old loves the series and buys one after another. She loves the endings the most "dot dot dot"

My son is an avid reader and he loves the Dragon Masters books. These books are a great introduction to chapter books for young readers

My son loves this series and has reread all the books multiple times. He started reading these in grade 1 at 6 years old and the writing and narration captivated him.

In the twenty -third volume of the Dragon Masters’ we meet the Shadow Dragon. The Shadow Dragon seems to be cursed along with his Dragon Master. Hopefully Drake and the other Dragon Masters can find a Star Dragon.

if you have a great child or a child who loves to read. This is a series well worth the money. My eldest grandson just loves these books and asks me when the next one comes out. We find it hard for him to wait, being their is so many months in between the next books at the end. We just got 23 the other day, and he will half to wait till august for the next. Love the fact he enjoys reading. Well worth the wait.

My 5 yr old son loves this series!! Hard for my 3 year old to follow as a new dragon & master are introduced in each book. Highly recommend for the 5-8 yr old range.

We have the entire set now, and absolutely love the series. My kids have asked me to read it again would recommend this for any age group from 5 to 9.

Great series for the age he is.

Ordered these books for my daughter who was 7 when she started reading them. She has thoroughly enjoyed all of the books and re-read them many times over.They have everything a young reader could want - action, mystery, a running intertwining story line with the various characters introduced in the series, plot twists and turns for them throughout the books.The stories hold interest, keep them wanting the next book to come sooner rather than later.Good reading of chapter books and developing their reading skills, as well as remembering what has gone on before and connecting the stories together.Now that she is 11, she's kind of outgrown them, but when this one arrived, she dropped the other books she was reading and read this one straight through without stopping and asked when the next one is coming.Your young readers will enjoy this and while it may appeal slightly more to girls than boys, all kids can enjoy this with the castles, kings and queens, dragons, sorcerers, good guys and bad guys, young dragon trainers and lots of action.

She finished the whole series and cannot wait till the next one
