Exceptionally sharp
Great set of knives just missing 7 inch. Jeff’s knife would’ve been great, but overall very very sharp. One of the sharpies set that I bought online.

Unfortunately the blades discolored.
I wish I could have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately because the knives are discoloring I am not able to. The first time I washed them the metal discolored. I thought maybe I hadn't rinsed and rewashed and re-rinsed and still they metal was discolored. I love Joseph and Joseph products, which is why I bought this knife set.

Broken after 19 months of use
Most knives are starting to fall apart after 19 months of use (bought in March 2023). These are cheap, but definitely not buying again.
