My purchase arrived very quickly. I ordered the Blue color. It is made of sturdy materials and is free of defects and loose stitching. Once removed from the freezer, its COLD and remains so well past 30 minutes. It is not light weight if that is an issue. I've used it extensively following a full knee replacement. Absolute excellence! My mom had knee surgery and icing is a must. We have one of the icing machines which is great for home but this product is perfect for she is out. Picking her up from physical therapy I'll toss this guy in a cooler and she can put it on for the ride home for instant relief. The price is good too.

I was surprised at how big this is. Covered and completely wrapped around my upper calf and my knee. Works almost to good. I had knee replacement surgery and am so glad I found this. Ones I found in the stores just didn’t have the coverage, the girth and were to expensive. Highly recommended. But be prepared to be cold while using. :)

I really wanted this product to work & it almost did. My needs were to be able to wear it during work at my desk, as a car passenger, or after physical therapy for my total knee replacement, not just sitting/laying down without moving at all. When fully frozen it kept cool for at least 20-30 minutes as is stated in description. A definite plus. It does not cool as well, or enough, over clothes though, which was a primary need. The soft side was nice against skin when I tried it in shorts, the vinyl side, which is cooler, requires you to have something between the pack & your skin to prevent ice burn. I needed the pack to cool the areas around the kneecap & top sides for pain and swelling relief while in pants. It did get colder on the back of the knee & back sides where the straps attach & the pack wraps where there is more gel. My need is on the front areas & the gel is thinner in those areas of the wrap, so I didn't get relief like I hoped. When fully frozen it was not as flexible or moldable as I'd hoped either. It looked more formed on the model. I was not able to get it tight enough to help it stay up when I would need to shift my leg around in my office chair, as I cannot keep my knee in one position too long right now. Product does state that it’s not meant for excessive movement, I didn't realize sitting would be as much of an issue with only leg movement, not walking. The Velcro & straps were secure & the product itself was as described & appears of quality materials. For someone without surgical pain and swelling, I think this product would work well. It was relatively easy to put on, it did hold the cool for the time stated, came with a protective baggie to freeze it in. Instructions were clearly marked on package and on product with freezing time and any warnings, like protecting your skin. I had bought the two-pack in case it worked, so I could swap them out as needed, giving them time to freeze the optimum length of time between uses. Unfortunately, they won’t work for my needs, so I am returning them. I would recommend them to someone who just wants to ice after leg day or someone who has ACL/MCL issues as this is where the gel seemed to concentrate for me.

This was a game changer for our knee surgery recovery. We previously use a mobile ice machine that pumped cold water to the pad around your knee. A big pain to refill 3 times a day. With these frozen pads you are able to wrap your knee for up to 35 minutes. We purchased 2 so we always had one ready to use. A great purchase all around and highly recommend for use and effectiveness.

Excellent. This was exactly what I needed. Wraps snugly around the entire kneecap with the velcro straps. The only issue I have is the "ziplock plastic bag" used for storage in the freezer. I don't see the zipper lasting too long. But am not entirely sure that it is necessary to have this storage bag. The product itself is great!

This was a great cold gel brace that wrapped around my knee perfectly. The straps were long enough and easy to adjust.Works very well when icing the knee while raised. Don't expect to be able to walk around with it. The weight on the brace will not hold in place if you are walking.

This works well, gives good pain relief, and gets super cold. It is heavier than I expected, which can be a good thing - unless your knee injury cannot stand any weight on it. It is a good size, and the velcro straps are ample enough to wrap the entire knee. It is a little cumbersome to use at first, especially if you cannot bend your knee.When competely frozen it is pretty stiff, but fairly easy to use once you work it a bit.Unfortunately, after using it only 4 times, it is already leaking by some of the stitches. I will just cover with duct tape, I guess.
