Forgot your charger.
My wife forgot here charger when on holiday. So i thought lets order one. Now the Dell Latitude 5400 needs either a 65 or 90 watt charger depending on the model. Looking at the current its said 3.5/4.2 amps. 3.5 means 65 watts and 4.2 amps is 90 watts. Confusing?? So I went for the 65 watt and it worked perfectly. It seems its slower charging but it stays at 100% when working so good enough.

Poor quality, doesn't work
Does not work as advertised, tried with dell latitude 7300 and charger was constantly connecting, disconnecting, popups about low wattage and unsupported charger. Don't waste your money.

Great Service
In May 2023 I purchased this charger, unfortunately a few months later it became defective. I guess, well I now know, I rushed my first review of which was not great or fair and basically left it at that. To my surprise, as not many do this, (I know, I am a long time Amazon Prime Member and make many purchases) the company contacted me and offered to refund the money or provide a replacement charger. It is without a shadow of doubt that they care about their customers and care about their reputation. Today I received my new charger and all is well. The communications and customer service is outstanding and if any other products are required that is provided by this company I certainly would not pass them by.
