MYAID Femmax Pelvic Floor Dilators (Pink) - Set of 4

Having only just realised that I have a problem with penetration, I had no idea how bad the situation was or whether it could be reversed. After doing a bit of research I thought I would give it a go and opted for this product, as the size range looked ok. I put it off for a few weeks, as just the thought was daunting enough. I took the plunge in a hot bath. Helped to relax muscles. I was pleasantly surprised that my problem isn't as bad as I first thought. Couldn't use the largest at all, so that is what I have to work on. I have to give this product 5 stars because the inserts are smooth, no tags along the way. Length is realistic. The screw together feature is just genius! I recommend using the correct moisture products to help things along if not in the bath. I am now able to face the future and the prospect of intimacy with positivity, as before I was resigned to be alone forever. I'm 54 and went through early menopause. This product is inexpensive, practical with the decreet case to keep everything together, tidy and clean. Definitely glad I was brave enough to order it and try it.

These are a good product at a very competitive price

Good and easy to use. Quite a nice material and the case is handy. Only thing I’d say is the smallest one still isn’t very small. It would be nice to have a smaller one to start with.

I decided to buy this product due to having such a tight vagina and me and my boyfriend could not have sex properly due to my vagina being so tight. I wasn’t going to go to a gynaecologist due to being too shy to be diagnosed with vaginismus as I just self diagnosed myself. I did alot of research in order to come across these dilators which have different tube levels to insert in. And I CANNOT believe that it worked. I started off really slowly using the smallest size with plenty of lube (will advise to purchase a separate lube as it will help speed things up) and 3 months later I can insert the final tube inside which is a penis size. Is a fantastic product to help you and your sex life. Would recommend to anyone struggling. :)

I had to order the 27 pound version because I live in Iceland so it was shipped straight from the seller and not from Amazon.I got a very large arrival window they gave themselves good 3 weeks, it arrived to me 1 day before the arrival window started and in a very discreet gray bag that hid everything perfectly from view. I am very pleased with the shipment service.The Dilators are in the purple box on the picture, it's a hard casing box with the word FEMMAX on the front and a white sticker on the back detailing what is in the box. I plan to take the white sticker off so it is easier to travel with the box.I warn you that you might be in for bit of a scare when you open the box. All the dilators are like russian dolls inside one another so the one you see is the biggest one. The smallest one is about the girth of my ring-finger and the 2 smallest once and 2 bigger once can be fastened together in the back to give you a nice handle which is very handy.In the box are also 2 small trials of lubrication jelly. I would therefor advice to go buy yourself your own lube in a bottle, I will be keeping these 2 for travel purposes as they fit just perfectly in the box with the dilator.Finally you get a typical pamphlet explaining the dilator and what it is used for and also a CD. The CD is good and I highly advice watching it. It talks shortly about the creator before going to a menu where you can pick chapters. One chapter is simply the care and handling of the dilator but the others are specifically focused on each of the issues you might be dealing causing you to have to use the dilators. There you have a doctor or a sex therapist explaining the use and reason for use along with showing you how to use the dilators.All in all I think the shipment was good, the product is good and discreet. The CD makes me feel very relaxed and all proper sizes seem to be there. If you need an idea of how big the biggest dilator is then it's bottom is the same size as the bottom on a Nivea anti-perspirant (the roll on type) for women.May all you ladies have the best of luck with your treatments.

This is for medical purposes only. Do not mistake it for anything else. If you suffer from Lichen Sclerosus or Scleroderma. This product helps to break down sclerotic tissue. Some won't be able to use it because the disease is to advanced. I am in the can't use it catagory. My advice speak to your specialist nurse first. She recommended the product to me, but at my age I have no desire to become active again. Worth trying for those who want relations again.

This product worked very well for me. I always feared I had vaginismus. After a lot of failed attempts due to pain with the first partner I had come to believe I had vaginismus but a couple of encounters with two different partners were entirely painless. Still I couldn’t use a vibrator. After a very painful and failed speculum examination for taking a Pap smear the fear returned. That’s why I ordered these dilators. I didn’t use lube at all and was surprised when the first one went in without a hitch. I got confident and used the next bigger size and it didn’t have any issue either. The biggest went after a bit of resistance. I don’t worry anymore that I have vaginismus. It was probably my earlier partners had no clue about penetrative sex. I thought I was faulty and defective cos of my first partner. This set has put an end to all my worries.
