The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 30ml

This is my first experience of hyaluronic acid and I'm really glad I tried it. It's taken a few days for me to incorporate it into my (now extensive!) skin care regime, as I thought you had to apply it at the point of washing your face on damp skin. I now realise that I should be putting it at the end after I've moisturised. Its a gel like consistency and is clear. I also use Korean sheet masks a lot and find that if I smear some on the mask, and then put cling film over it when its on my face, it really soaks into my skin a lot better. I feel that my skin is more drenched and my make up doesn't go as patchy when I put this on in a morning. For the price you can't ask for a better product and I will be looking into more things from The Ordinary, as they don't seem to skimp on quality but are much more in line with my tiny budget for skin care.

This product is amazing. I've been looking into getting some good skincare as I'm getting older (I'm not - I'm 22) but I wasn't willing to go out on a whim and spend lots of money on really high end products so I decided to give this a go. For the price point, it performs incredibly. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I haven't had a single spot or blemish since. I have less discolouration, my skin feels less textured and my pores seem less noticeable. It was a joy to add to my routine; it's really fun to use, and I feel so fresh and plump straight after.

I got this to use after Derma Roller treatment to really get the benefits of the Hyaluronic acid absorbed into the skin. It helps to deeply moisturize the skin and I did not experience any stinging or irritation when applying it after using the Derma Roller.I actually prefer to use Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing my face daily instead of thick creams filled with god knows what.As someone else mentioned there is no safety seal on the bottle which is a slight annoyance. But from looking at the product pictures on the manufacturers own web page there is no safety seal on the bottles there either so I guess that's just how they package it. It does however come in a box.Overall worth a try if you are looking for an effective and reasonably priced Hyaluronic Acid.

As a 34 year old male i’ve began to take my skincare seriously and I know that hyaluronic acid is really important in keeping my skin wrinkle free. I have heard some great things about the Ordinarys products and this item does not disappoint. I apply first thing in the morning underneath my moisturiser and it keeps my face really smooth and nourished the whole day. I have used other hyaluronic acid serums before but this one seems to make a real difference to my face and I really love it as it’s not heavy and doesn’t make my face super shiny like some other products. Highly recommended and I’ll be trying out other products form the Ordinary too!

I have fallen in love with The Ordinary products. This was my first purchase of an Ordinary product. Recently hitting a certain birthday I have reviewed my skin regime to establish what if anything I can do to improve the condition as I won't be using Botox, fillers or surgery.I have read of the harming effects of big brand products who shove fragrance and ingredients into their products which counteract each other rendering the product useless or indeed cause more harm than good.The ordinary strip it all back and given you one or two ingredients at a time with no added fragrances etc so you can apply the right ingredient at the right time.I tried this product first (I always add new products/ingredients one at a time with a week or so break). Don't expected absolute miracles from any product bout I have seen a significant improvement in the moisture levels on my skin (I use it on my face, neck and decolletage. I apply it after cleansing with a water based cleanser as it needs to be applied to be absorbed correctly before oiled/cream based products. You leave your face a little damp or splash a bit of water on your face again as this helps absorption as it too is water based.The result can be felt after a coule

I know this works for a lot if people but it doesn’t for me. It has made my skin really dry and irritated and if anything makes fine lines appear worse. It is probably just a skin type thing and I have sensitive skin so this maybe why it has affected mine this way but I had to stop using it. If it suits your skin it’s a great price and does feel nice on the skin but just didn’t work for my skin.
