I've been taking these turmeric capsules for a little while now, and while I’m not entirely sure what benefits I’m feeling just yet, I’m hopeful that time will tell as I continue using them.On the plus side, the capsules are easy to swallow, which is a big deal for anyone who struggles with large or unpleasant supplements. The parcel was sent very quickly. The product was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. There is no doubt about the quality of the product because my joints do not hurt so much anymore. I bought a year's supply of the drug and I am happy to take one capsule every day in the morning. When I forget to take it in the morning and take it in the evening, then because of the surge of energy and strength, I have a hard time falling asleep. So, it is better to take it in the morning.
