The creatine dissolves really quickly, one shake and dissolved!The performance of creatine is not sung enough. If you use it everyday and don’t even train.. you’ll most likely put on a small amount of muscle mass just from the creatine alone.The appearance is very smooth and there isn’t a taste which will put you off. You can add it to anything and know it will work great with your activity!The quality of bulls products and this one in particular is like none other. They have paid great detail in making this a simple, drinkable solution to your gym goals.With the cost of living, getting 500g for just more than competitors offering 250g is a massive advantage to your budget over time.

Firstly, it’s a great supplement, great value. Just don’t buy apple and lime, it’s horribly sweet, artificial, and sickly. I regret switching from flavourless which was also cheaper…Why use a health product and choose the option with artificial sweeteners and added chemicals? If only I thought that before buying.

I have tried a few creatine products now and this one has been my favourite so far. There are lots of servings and for the price paid it feels worth paying for. For those that are unaware, in high intensity exercises taking this increases the phosphocreatine stores in your muscles. This means that you can use additional energy stores in your muscles in order to gain more muscle. However you do need to drink a lot more water to see effects.The creatine is tasteless which is nice as I just mix it in with my protein shakes. Mixing is also easy as I just shake it.If you’re looking for better recovery and improved strength you should definitely use creatine. You will only see the effects if you’re training hard and drinking lots of water!

My go-to creatine powder. Super cheap and mixes really well. Unflavored is ideal if you're having it with flavoured whey protein like I do. It's a micronised so is very fine and isn't gritty to drink.
