I haven’t actually cooked with it yet, but I did take a taste of it and it does give a good punch of heat and flavor.

Recently, I've been really into spices and learning about one's I've not tried before. I like the Aleppo pepper (sp?) because it adds a nice flavor without a lot of heat so I pair it up with taco seasoning and habaero spice. 🤗
