This read within 5 degrees of the probe. The original was 30 degrees off from the start.

Exact replacement for the original. Works as advertised.
Pulling the wires back thru the grill is a little challenging. I cut the old wire from the probe and tied the new one to it and pulled it back thru. Made it pretty easy. Others might have a different way to do it but I didn’t want to tear everything apart to get to that little hole the wire has to go through.

The RTD is correct but the plug is incorrect.
The plug does not fit Camp Chef smokers making it unusable.
