Excellent product, it makes cleaning up after my 5 month old puppy extremely easy and there is no contact with waste. The product is lightweight and grips very well. The product has basically been a godsend for me. I even bought a second one for my parents who also love it.

We bought this hoping it would make cleaning up after our Bernedoodle a little easier—but unfortunately, it didn’t quite rise to the challenge. The scoop struggled with bigger messes and didn’t grip well on grass. It might work fine for smaller pups, but for our majestic floof, it just couldn’t keep up.

It makes cleaning up after my boy so easy I hook it to my hip and it’s not so big it gets in the way. Absolutely worth the money

Pieces fell apart the first time I opened it up to use it . I bought it during winter to use for a vacation in the summer so unable to return it.

This works really wellI don't like the bag dispenser but if you open a bag on the claws while it's closed then open it back up it will stay on until you use the bag

Only problem with item is that the bags don’t feed very well. You have to be set up prior to your walk. But overall not a bad deal and I love not having to pick up after my pet through a plastic bag.
